Morokiyo is a rising star among the muscle in the employ of Hisui-no-hebi-kai. Very much the strong, silent, stoic type at first glance, beneath the demeanour lies a sharp sense of humour and an even sharper mind.The oldest child of five, had it not been for their membership in Hisui-no-hebi-kai Morokiyo and his siblings would have grown up wholly in poverty. Always acutely aware of this, Morokiyo fought tooth and nail to begin his training in combat early, just in case the world finally fell apart around them again.He proved to be something of a prodigy. While far from the best there is - and while his mentors believe he can improve vastly still - he is a known and intimidating figure in many organized brawls, and one that is more than capable of making a would-be opponent in a street fight think twice.Many assume him to not be bright due to his focus on combat. He will allow this... but it's a foolish error.

Morokiyo stands above even most of his fellow Raen at a towering 7'4", so broad across the shoulders that he can perch a full-grown Elezen on each and still move with ease. His musculature is both bulky and well-defined; he seems to work on it quite a bit.Elaborate tattoo work covers his entire upper body from shoulders, to wrist, to hips... and continues down the back of his thighs. A pale green serpent snakes down the side of his face - the signifying tattoo of a member of Hisui-no-hebi-kai - and his scales are almost blindingly white. His sclera are black as ink, and while his left eye is bright yellow, his right is white and lacks a very distinct pupil. Despite his youth, his hair is heavily streaked with grey.Despite a profoundly evident Hingan accent, both visually and in speech patterns Morokiyo does his best to come across as disconnected with his people. If pressed enough, he might cop to it being fueled by the knowledge he would not be respected without his affiliations.He usually smells like strong tobacco and leather.

Musa Tameyori
Forty-sixFather of Morokiyo, twenty years ago Tameyori broke into the office of the leader of Hisui-no-hebi-kai, one of Kugane's yukuza groups, desperate to feed his impoverished family. It was chancing death. Instead, it got them a home under the aegis of the organization, and him a lifetime position serving as one of the inner circle.

Musa Konashi
Forty-sixMother of Morokiyo, there was once a time when Konashi spent most of her days in relative rags, trying desperately to make their food stores stretch and trying in vain to keep her children from hearing her cry. Following their induction into Hisui-no-hebi-kai, she was given the education she never had as a girl, and in time became one of the organization's legal experts. In her spare time, she can be found in the kitchens of their headquarters, fussing over visitors.

Musa Riyo
Twenty-sixMuch like her older brother, Riyo remembers being cold, hungry, and listening to their mother weep. As such, much like her older brother, Riyo has thrown her all into becoming successful by the standards of Hisui-no-hebi-kai, and it has proven worth it by way of her being one of their younger accountants. In her free time she plays Go competitively and likes to try to eat her weight in shingen momo.

Musa Kisa
Twenty-twoThe first daughter born entirely unto the purview of Hisui-no-hebi-kai, Kisa has never known true hardship, but does her best to understand it. Clever to a fault, Kisa's one ambition in life is to be one of the most lauded of her generation, something she will gladly harass and harangue her older brother's courtesan friend about.

Musa Tsuya
NineteenWhere her older sisters have business plans for their future, Tsuya's plan is simple: be just like her older brother. She is, to Morokiyo's relief, unaware of his more obscene endeavours; however, he has given her an identical jacket to that of his and his best friend, and were it not for training under the same man to train him in combat, she would be as his little shadow.

Musa Hina
SixteenThe baby of the family, Hina isn’t yet permitted to roam the streets of Kugane on her own, let alone venture into the areas where foreigners are permitted. Not that she doesn’t greatly want to. Instead, she fills her day with a robust education, cultural dances, and demanding stories of the world outside the gates of Kugane from everyone to come and go.

Void is an adult old enough to remember cassette tapes and how his walkman would chew his up. While he has roleplayed for nearly two decades, this has mostly made him unable to justify how often he accidentally chuckles twice in one emote.
